클하~

어제 가입해서 오늘까지 클럽하우스를 이틀째 사용 중이다.
사용하는 내내 너무 인상적인 부분들이 많아 포스팅을 남긴다.


서비스의 프론트엔드 측면에서, 인터페이스와 네러티브가 매우 만족스럽다. 
앱을 인지하고 설치하고 가입하고 조인하는 과정이 이렇게 감동적으로 느껴진 것은 처음이다 
가입하고 초대를 기다리는 감정, 지인으로부터 초대링크를 받고 첫 로그인을 하는 그 감정이 아직도 생생하다. 
뿐만아니라 참여하는 사람들 사이에 많이 나누는 말이 있다.
'반갑습니다. 고맙습니다' 이다.
나 또한 사용하는 동안 너무 인상적이었다.

백엔드 측면에서의 운영, 마케팅 방식 또한 탁월하다.
페이스북과 같이, 소셜 네트워크 기반으로 작은 군집의 사용자들이 점차 확산되는 구조이다.
페이스북과 달리 초기 군집은 아이비리그 대학교가 아닌 일반 대중으로 평등하게 시작되었다.   
페이팔과 같이, 자발적 확산이 이루어졌다.
페이팔과 달리, 리워드가 돈이 아닌 한정된 초대장이었다.  

이전의 다른 커뮤니케이션들과 비교를 하자면,
'SMS : MMS : WeChat = 팟캐스트 : 유튜브 : 클럽하우스' 가 아닐까 싶다.


긍정 키워드 
- 유쾌함 : 참여하는 사람들이 말했다. 인스타보다 재미있고 가입 첫날은 대부분이 다음날 새벽까지 계속 사용했다고 한다. 

- 접근성 : 라디오 공개방송같은 느낌이다. 듣기만하는 것으로도 만족도 높음, 프사와 이름, 목소리만 으로 참여가능, 퇴근길 운전하며 듣는 경우 다수 발견

- 신뢰성 : 개인정보?를 많이 입력하지 않아도 직접 목소리로 소통한다는 점에서 참여자들간 심리적 신뢰도가 높은 편, 대화 중에도 인스타그램 또는 트위터 링크로 상대방에 대해 알 수 있음

- 반복성 : 방장?에게 주기적/반복적으로 방을 개설해서 요구가 많음

- 효능감 : 유명한 사람들과 직접 대화하는 과정에서 상호 격려와 멘토링, 네트워크 형성되었다고 함
